2080 Ti Ftw 3. The water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM and the VRM (voltage regulation module) as cooling. From what I can tell from the EVGA news article they seem to be identical in all but name.
Is it just better binning/boost clocks or am I.
They had to ship out cards with broken cooling that they couldn't fix.
