It was annoying, but still playable, so I ignored it. However, I am running into a problem with my game - it stutters every few seconds. However, the stream keeps freezing every few seconds rendering the data useless in the worst case.

When it reaches this, the game completely freezes for several seconds for both me and the person I'm playing LAN multiplayer with.
