Nvidia Shadowplay Not Working. It is doing nothing because the share button does not even work it says ''preparing to share your gameplay'' and then nothing at all happens. As said earlier, if the ShadowPlay fails to record, you Try opening recording with ShadowPlay using the hotkeys to confirm if it works.
There have been some people that have had issues.

Nvidia shadowplay manual recording not working
NVIDIA did a remarkably great job by making ShadowPlay available to every GeForce user and that too for free, but, here comes the sad part. Instant replay is turned on but the button to SAVE is greyed out. Personally I've gotten Open Broadcaster Software, it requires a little fiddling but it is just as performance effective.
