Why Is My 144 Hz Monitor Running At 60 Hz. The easiest way is to turn on your OSD and find it. I've googled it and tried finding people that had the same problem but not much success.
The thing is that when i go to my windows screen panel (right click on desktop + advanced parameters + Refreshing rate of the monitor) or my amd. My thinking behind this is primarily to reduce the load. It will look as if the screen has half-loaded or been "torn".

As you can't apply that type of a change once a game is running.
If you try to play a game at a high frame rate on a low refresh rate monitor, you'll run into this problem. I'd pick whether you care more about Basically you would always want to have more hz so that you'd have more FPS. This does not solve the issue.
