Windows Cannot Access Network Drive. When looking in Network, the drives does appear under Other Devices as Storage. Contact your network administrator to request access.
Mapped drives are very convenient as they allow accessing network files and folders just like a regular local drive. But I cannot access the drive. I also cannot see shared folders on the friends laptop.
When I open my shared folder in "Network" from "this pc" it says "Windows cannot access.
When I run the test case, the program runs successfully but when I install and run the windows service, the 'Access is denied' error comes in the log file.
When looking in Network, the drives does appear under Other Devices as Storage. When I go into Windows Features. Network drives connected in explorer are not accessible in elevated programs and vice versa.
