Decal Tool Tf 2. I want to get bolder and brighter colors into my Flair; how can I get these colors in? I'm wondering because i finally got a Conscientious Objector to go with my decal tool, and i dont want to put something on there that they will remove(and waste my decal tool).

When I use my decal tool on the Sign thing (To lazy) I put on a picture it adds that wierd Effect to it and I can't make the picture look normal, any ideas?

This could pertain to items such as Clan Pride, The Conscientious Objector, and the Photo Badge?
